Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


All returns must be postmarked within 100 days of the purchase. All return items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at, sending us your unique 12-digit product number so we can verify your purchase. Please provide a detailed explanation for your return reason and we will determine whether to approve this return. Once approved please place products securely in their original packaging and ensure that no tags or booklets are missing, then mail your return to the following address if you live in the US:

Please note, YOU will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. 


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Warehouse deals
  • Products damaged by the customer

Please Note

  • Products returned from the 100-day free trial must be in original packaging. The product must be in new (resellable)  condition with no scratches or damages. If any parts are missing or damaged, your refund will NOT be processed.
